3.Others matters are complied with relevant clauses in national “new three warranties ”.
4.In the following condition, we can fulfill charging services for outside warrantycondition..
1)Losses caused by customers in usage, maintenance and improper safekeeping.
2)Losses caused by authorized maintenance service.
3)Non warrant license and valid license
4)warrant license is at variance with reparative type or amended product.
5)Losses caused by force majeure
6)Installed by authorized installers and improper installation.

Withdrawal & Exchange management system
Withdrawal & Exchange condition
1)In 15 days , malfunction caused by primary function and compressor and inner leakage of heat exchanger.
2).In one year , it can not work in ordinary condition. after primary function was repaired for two times.
3).In 1-3 years, product with big problem and special condition is authorized to be exchanged.
4).All exchange must be reported by local after-sale service personnel to after-sale service department. With permission, the exchange may be fulfilled. “quality inspection report” must be fill in completely and submit to after-sale service department for record.
Exchange procedure and other matters must be fulfilled in accordance with after-sale service manual of our company.
